Shipping policy

All orders will be shipped within 7 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description / at the top of my website.

You should receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you have not, please email me at soldazestudio@gmail.com

I provide shipping insurance for all US purchases. If your shipment is lost and you cannot resolve it with the shipping carrier, please reach out to me and I can provide the shipping insurance information. If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier first.

If your jewelry arrives damaged, you must contact me within 3 days of receiving the package. 

International Customers -

All international customers are responsible to pay any duties, tariffs, import fees or taxes that your country requires.  

If you refuse any custom fees and the jewelry is returned to me, you will be charged for the return shipping costs and a 10% restocking charge. Please look up estimated customs for any items you purchase beforehand so you are aware of potential fees! Reach out to me if you have any questions.
